Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh absensi fingerprint, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1000 pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bekasi. Sampel yang penulis gunakan adalah sebanyak 286 pegawai, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan insidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel absensi fingerprint, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bekasi.
