Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada saat ini pengolahan sampah yang benar dan pemanfaatan kembali sampah yang ada sangatlah diperlukan. Di desa Lulut, masyarakat memanfaatkan sampah organik untuk pembuatan pupuk kompos untuk digunakan sebagai penyubur tanaman di lahan perkebunan dan sawah mereka. Di Ds Lulut terdapat mesin pencacah sampah, dimana hanya untuk prooses mencacah sampah organik, dan ukuran hasil cacahan yang masih besar. Hasil ini akan mempengaruhi kecepatan dalam pembusukan sampah. Maka dibuatlah mesin untuk pencacahan sampah dan dapat memisahkan sampah ukuran cacahan. Untuk menggabungkan 2 mesin tersebut dibutuhkan mesin pembawa material, dan mesin yang sesuai untuk melakukan hal tersebut adalah konveyor. Konveyor sabuk digunakan untuk mengirimkan material hasil cacahan dan, kapasitas konveyor utama ini adalah 2000kg/jam dengan hasil cacahan yang halus. Kata Kunci :sampah, pencacah sampah,konveyor Abstract Now a days recycling the rubbish especially for organic and reuse rubbish is very needed. At Lulut Village, the society use that organic rubbich for making kompos fertilizer, which is used for make the field more fertile on their own ricefield or garden. For make that kompos, there is an organic shredder for making size of rubbish which is only can crush organic, and the size of the shredder result is gradually. Fron thi output size will be influence to decaying duration time of the rubbish. Due to that problem we need new type of shredder which is can shorter the output size. And there is 2 main equipment we need. Those are shredder and shorter. To integrate those equipment we also need the conveyor. In this final task i will plan 2 conveyor, the biig one is main conveyor 2000kg/hr and reject conveyor. Key Note :rubbish, shredder, conveyor
