Abstract
At present the implementation of technology is very important in the development of a company. However, there are still many companies that use manual systems in business processes resulting in delays in the development of the company. Green Garden Estate Housing is one company that still uses a manual system, which carries out marketing and service processes manually. This web-based housing marketing application aims to make it easier for the public to find out information on housing units that are still available, details of houses such as the type of house, selling or rental prices, and other facilities available. Customers can also make reservations before visiting Green Garden Estate. This will also give effectiveness to the marketing process in a wider scope. The research methodology uses the waterfall method with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach where a sequential system will be created and can create a good relationship between the customer and the marketing department. Keywords: Applications, Housing marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Waterfall. Saat ini pengimplementasian teknologi sangatlah penting dalam perkembangan suatu perusahaan. Namun, masih banyak perusahaan yang menggunakan sistem manual dalam proses bisnis sehingga terjadi keterlambatan dalam perkembangan perusahaan. Perumahan Green Garden Estate merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang masih menggunakan sistem manual, dimana melakukan proses pemasaran dan pelayanan secara manual. Aplikasi pemasaran perumahan berbasis web ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengetahui informasi unit rumah yang masih tersedia, detail rumah seperti type rumah, harga jual maupun sewa, dan fasilitas lain yang tersedia. Customer juga dapat melakukan Reservasi sebelum mendatangi Perumahan Green Garden Estate. Hal ini juga akan memberikan efektifitas pada proses pemasaran dalam ruang lingkup yang lebih luas. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan metode waterfall dengan pendekatan Customer Relationship Management(CRM) dimana nantinya akan tercipta sebuah sistem yang urut dan dapat menciptakan hubungan yang baik antara customer dan bagian pemasaran. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Pemasaran Perumahan, Customer Relationship Management(CRM), Waterfall.
