Abstract

The application of computer technology in Districts Batuceper in conducting SPPD process has not been fully helpful because computer technology has not been fully utilized in the work process. As in making task warrants, reports of official travel and recap reports of expenditure reports are still done manually that is typed in microsoft word and microsoft excel. So in the manufacture of existing SPPD is often encountered errors in typing in input data so that the manufacture of SPPD done repeatedly. This results in a large amount of paper being wasted, otherwise the time taken becomes longer. To overcome this. Then make the information system travel travel letter with aims to facilitate in making task orders, official travel receipts, official travel reports, recapitulation of official travel expenses, and better managed service trip data management. Keywords: Website, Travel Service, District Kecamatan, PIECES Penerapan teknologi komputer di Kecamatan Batuceper dalam melakukan proses SPPD belum sepenuhnya membantu karena teknologi komputer belum dimanfaatkan secara sepenuhnya dalam proses kerja tersebut. Seperti dalam pembuatan surat perintah tugas, laporan hasil perjalanan dinas dan rekap laporan pengeluaran biaya masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu diketik di microsoft word dan microsoft excel. Sehingga dalam pembuatan SPPD yang ada saat ini sering ditemui kesalahan dalam pengetikan dalam menginputkan data sehingga pembuatan SPPD dilakukan berulang – ulang. Hal ini mengakibatkan banyaknya kertas yang terbuang, selain itu waktu yang dibutuhkan menjadi lebih lama. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Maka di buatkan lah sistem informasi surat perintah perjalanan dinas dengan bertujuan untuk memudahkan dalam pembuatan surat perintah tugas, kwitansi perjalanan dinas, laporan hasil perjalanan dinas, rekapitulasi pengeluaran biaya perjalanan dinas, dan pengelolaan data perjalanan dinas terkelola lebih baik.
