Abstract

This research aims to know the speech act volunteer comunnication with the disabled who are blind. This research to answer the research objectives the research focus is on then speech act volunteer seen from acts of lokusi, said ilokusi, and perlokusi. Theoretical studies used in this study were communication speech acts, interpersonal communication theories and concepts of persons with disabilities. The main concept or theory used in this research is communication speech acts consisting of speech acts locution, illocutionary, and perlocution. The paradigm used in this study is the constructivist paradigm. In this study the data taken is a type of qualitative data. By using descriptive-qualitative analysis. As well as the research methods used in this study are the Case Study method. With the technique of collecting data with participatory observation and in-depth interviews. The results of the study showed that communication speech acts were seen from locus speech acts, namely in terms of saying through the use of mild Indonesian so that it was easily understood. Ilocutionary speech acts, namely in terms of reminding in the form of the names of roles or characters in the film, silent moment scenes and the atmosphere or situation of the film. Perlokusi speech acts that are warning or communicating that have an effect on the listener in the form of tone of voice and voice intonation to explain the atmosphere of the film. thus giving effect and response. Keywords: Speech communication actions, locus speech acts, illocutionary speech acts, perlocution speech acts, volunteers / whispers, blind people Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tindak tutur komnikasi yang dilakukan oleh volunter kepada penyandang tunanetra dalam komunitas Bioskop Bisik. Penelitian ini untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian maka fokus penelitian adalah mengenai tindak tutur volunteer yang dilihat dari tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi. Kajian Teoritis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tindak tutur komunikasi, teori komunikasi antarpribasi dan konsep penyandang disabilitas. Konsep atau teori utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tindak tutur komunikasi yang terdiri dari tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi. Paradigma yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan paradigma konstruktivis. Dalam penelitian ini data yang diambil adalah jenis data kualitatatif. Dengan menggunakan analisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif. Serta metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Studi Kasus. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi partisipatoris dan indepth interview. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tindak tutur komunikasi dilihat dari tindak tutur lokusi yaitu dalam hal mengatakan melalui penggunaan bahasa indonesia yang ringan sehingga dengan mudah dipahami. Tindak tutur ilokusi yaitu dalam hal mengingatkan berupa nama peran atau tokoh dalam film, adegan silent moment dan suasana atau situasi film. Tindak tutur perlokusi yaitu memperingatkan atau melakukan komunikasi yang menimbulkan efek pada pendengarnya berupa nada suara dan intonasi suara untuk menjelaskan mengenai suasana film. sehingga memberikan efek dan respon.
