Abstract
This research is to know the influence of leverage, roa, audit commite, and Independent Board of Commissioners to the financial distress (empirical study on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016- 2018). This research object is a company of food and beverage on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2016-2018. This research uses the Purposive sampling method. Samples used 36 samples in the year 2016-2018. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analyses. The results of this research show that leverage and audit commite have negativ effect on the financial distress, roa have positif effect on the financial distress but for Independent Board of Commissioners no effect on the financial distress Keywords: leverage, roa, audit commite, independent board of commissioners Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage, ROA, kdan dewan komisaris indepnden terhadap financial distress (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2018). Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2018 Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan 36 sampel pada tahun 2016-2018. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leverage dan komite audit berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress, tetapi untuk ROA berpangaruh postif terhadap financial distress dan dewan komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress.
