Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of change in tax rate, accounting understanding, and socialization of government regulation No. 23 year 2018 against SME’s taxpayer compliance. This research was conducted against 100 taxpayers who have a business in Palmerah district in West Jakarta and listed as taxpayers in KPP Pratama Palmerah, West Jakarta. The samples in this study were determined by the purposive sampling method of the questionnaire and the SEM equation method formula to determine the number of samples. Data is collected using the questionnaire method. The data analysis techniques used in this research are Partial Least Squares analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research indicate that the tax rate change affects SMES taxpayer compliance, accounting understanding has the effect of SME’s taxpayer compliance, the socialization of government regulation No. 23 year 2018 affects SME’s Taxpayer compliance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perubahan Tarif Pajak, Pemahaman Akuntansi, dan Sosialisasi Peraturan Pemerintah No. 23 Tahun 2018 Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak UMKM. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 wajib pajak UMKM yang memiliki usaha di Kecamatan Palmerah Jakarta Barat dan terdaftar sebagai wajib pajak di KPP Pratama Palmerah Jakarta Barat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan metode persamaan SEM untuk menentukan jumlah sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Partial Least Squares dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perubahan Tarif Pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM, Pemahaman Akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM, Sosialisasi Peraturan Pemerintah No. 23 Tahun 2018 berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM.
