Abstract
Ditengah Pandemi COVID-19 Arus logistik tetap berjalan lancar bahkan mendorong peningkatan permintaan untuk perdagangan bisnis melalui transportasi laut. Perusahaan dituntut untuk menciptakkan inovasi untuk menyediakan solusi dan meningkatkan layanan. Peran karyawan yang memiliki Innovative Work Behavior yang tinggi sangat dibutuhkan untuk bertahan dan meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Salah satu faktor yang mendukung dan diperlukan yaitu karyawan perlu untuk membagi pengetahuan yang mereka miliki kepada karyawan lain, program Knowledge Sharing yang dilaksanakan yaitu dengan melakukan focus group discussion yang dilakukan setiap bulan sekali. Sehingga, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Knowledge Sharing terhadap Innovative Work Behavior pada karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan bidang jasa logistik seperti PT Eurotrans Logistik Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 107 karyawan yang berada di PT Eurotrans Logistik Indonesia. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampling purposive, non probability sampling. Knowledge Sharing diukur menggunakan skala yang terdiri dari 8 item dan untuk Innovative Work Behavior diukur menggunakan skala yang terdiri dari 21 item. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh Knowledge Sharing terhadap Innovative Work Behavior di PT Eurotrans Logistik Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan tinjauan pustaka yang didapatkan dari buku, jurnal, literatur, penelitian terdahulu dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Knowledge Sharing terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, dimana Knowledge Sharing berkontribusi sebesar 11,7% terhadap Innovative Work Behavior. Kata Kunci : Knowledge Sharing, Innovative Work Behavior === In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Logistiks flows continue to run smoothly, even business trade through sea transportation has increased significantly. The role of employees who have high Innovative Work Behavior is needed to survive and increase the company's competitiveness. One of the supporting and necessary factors is that employees need to share their knowledge with other employees, the Knowledge Sharing program is carried out by conducting focus group discussions which are held once a month. This research was conducted to find out whether there was an effect of Knowledge Sharing on Innovative Work Behavior on workers to employees who work in Logistiks service companies especially at PT Eurotrans Logistik Indonesia. This research approach taken in this study is a quantitative methods. The subjects in this study were 107 employees who worked in PT Eurotrans Logistik Indonesia. The sample selection technique used in this study is purposive samples. Knowledge Sharing is measured using a scale consisting of 8 items and for Innovative Work Behavior is measured using a scale consisting of 21 items. This study uses simple linear regression to determine the effect of Knowledge Sharing on Innovative Work Behavior. The data collection technique in this study is a literature review obtained from books ,journals, , literature, previous research and questionnaires. The results show that there is a significant influence between Knowledge Sharing and Innovative Work Behavior, where Knowledge Sharing contributes 11,7% to Innovative Work Behavior.
