Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, transformational leadership, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at Metropolitan Medical Centre Hospital. The object of this research is the employees of the Metropolitan Medical Center Hospital Patient Support Services. The study sample consisted of 60 respondents with saturated sampling method. The sampling technique in this study was a questionnaire and the data sources used were primary data. The analysis of the data used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the study showed that The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while work motivation and transformational leadership had a positive and not significant effect on job satisfaction. Therefore, the accepted assumption is that there are one independent variables that support the hypothesis and two independent variable that does not support the hypothesis. Keywords: work motivation, transformational leadership, organizational culture, job satisfactionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Metropolitan Medical Centre. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan Rumah Sakit Metropolitan Medical Centre bagian Pelayanan Penunjang Pasien. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 60 responden dengan metode sampling jenuh. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah anaslisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Oleh karena itu, asumsi yang diterima adalah ada satu variabel independen yang mendukung hipotesis dan dua variabel independen yang tidak mendukung hipotesis.
