Abstract

This study aims to discuss and analyze organizational commitment to motivation, job satisfaction with motivation, organizational commitment to employee performance, job satisfaction with employee performance, motivation towards employee performance, organizational commitment to employees, variable relationships and work interventions. employees through motivation as an intervening variable. The method used in this study is to use a survey that is through the distribution of questionnaires and analysis through regression and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on motivation, positive and significant work commitment to motivation, organizational commitment is positively and significantly related to employee performance, job satisfaction is a positive and significant variable on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on motivation through intervention variables and positive and significant job satisfaction on employee performance through intervening variables. Organizational commitment is the most influential variable on motivation. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap motivasi, kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi, komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan survey yaitu melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan analisis melalui regresi dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Komitmen organisasional merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi. Kata Kunci: Komitmen Organisasional, Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan
