Abstract

Dalam aspek K3, kejadian yang tidak diinginkan dapat timbul dari aktivitas yang ada dalam proses pelaksaan pekerjaan. Mengelola risiko K3 untuk mencegah kecelakaan adalah hal yang penting. Sumberdaya manusia adalah sumber daya terpenting dalam proses pelaksanaan kegiatan kontruksi. Dimana setiap proses di area proyek Waskita Rajawali Tower berpotensi menimbulkan risiko K3, salah satu proses pekerjaan yang menimbulkan risiko tinggi adalah pada pekerjaan precast façade. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control) untuk melakukan penilaian risiko K3, teridentifikasi risiko K3 sebanyak 30 risiko di dalam proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan precast façade. Risiko K3 dengan level risiko tinggi didapat mulai dari alat yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan precast façade, bahan yang digunakan dan sampai dengan tahap pelaksanaan pekerjaan precast façade dari awal sampai dengan akhir tahap pekerjaan. Untuk meminimalisir risiko tersebut perlu dilakukan pengecekan rutin pada kategori alat yang digunakan, pemakaian APD (Alat Pelindung Diri) juga menjadi faktor penting dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Manage risk to prevent accidents is the important thing. Human resources are the most important resource in the process of implementation of construction activities. Where each process in the Waskita Rajawali Tower project could potentially pose a risk, one of process work that poses a high risk is on the job precast façade. This research uses the method HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Controls) to do risk assessment risk assessments identified, 30 risks in the process of implementation of the work of precast façade. The high risk level is obtained starting from the tools used in the execution of the work of the precast façade, the materials used and up to the stage of implementation of the work of precast façade from the beginning up to the end of stage work. To minimize the risks of routine checking needs to be done on the category tool used, the use of the APD (Alat Pelindung Diri) is also an important factor in the execution of the job.
