Abstract
ABSTRAK Berbagai macam proses pembersihan permukaan (surface cleaning) terhadap cat dan coating yang saat ini ada yaitu Blast Cleaning, Chemical Cleaning, Manual Cleaning, Water Jet Cleaning, dan Induction Cleaning. dari masing-masing metode tersebut mempunyai beberapa kekurangan dan kelebihan. Maka kebutuhan akan keamanan dan kecepatan saat proses pembersihan sangat di butuhkan, pada penelitian kali ini menggukakan metode Induksi panas saat proses pembersihaan permukaan suatu objek. Induksi panas pada prinsipnya menggunakan sebuah heater. Heater berfungsi sebagai sumber panas utama, dan heater akan mentrasfer panas menuju permukaan cat. Diharapkan Permukaan cat akan mudah terkelupas jika temperature permukaan mencapai temperature yang optimal dengan jarak yang sudah di tentukan. Kata Kunci: Proses pelepasan rekat coating plastik dan alumunium pigmen pada permukaaan semen/beton ABSTRACT Various types of surface cleaning processes for paints and coatings currently available are Blast Cleaning, Chemical Cleaning, Manual Cleaning, Jet Water Cleaning, and Induction Cleaning. Each method has several disadvantages and advantages. Then the need for the process and speed during the process is very necessary, in this study using the method of heat induction during the object cleaning process. Heat induction in principle uses a heater. The heater is the main heat, and the heater will transfer heat to the surface of the paint. It is expected that the surface of the cat will be easily peeled if the surface temperature reaches the optimal temperature with a specified distance Keywords: The process of removing plastic coating adhesives and aluminum pigments on cement / concrete surfaces.
