Abstract

This study implements Failover and Redundancy using two different technological devices, for testing High Availability on Automatic Teller Machines (ATM), failover is used for protection on one of the devices used on the ATM network, and redundancy is used to back up the device. If wrong one device experiencing an error will be immediately backed up by the device requested as a backup, in the High Availability system this is the most important thing on the ATM network to always be available (Available) so that the ATM stays online Keywords: Failover, Redundancy, High Availability, Very Small Aperture Terminal, Mikrotik. Penelitian ini mengimplemetasikan Failover dan Redudansi menggunakan dua perangkat teknologi yang berbeda, untuk pengujian High Availability pada Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), failover digunakan untuk mengantisipasi kegagalan pada salah satu perangkat yang digunakan pada jaringan ATM, dan redundansi di gunakan untuk perangkat backup jika salah satu perangkat mengalami ganguan atau error maka akan segera dibackup oleh perangkat yang bertindak sebagai backup, dalam sistem High Availability ini adalah hal yang paling penting sekali pada suatu jaringan ATM agar slalu tersedia (Available) agar ATM tetap Online. Kata kunci: Kata kunci: Failover, Redudansi, High Availability, Very Small Aperture Terminal, Mikrotik.
