Abstract
ABSTRAK Sering sekali terjadi kecelakaan yang diakibatkan truk tergelincir mundur akibat tidak kuat menanjak. Manual blok chock dirasa kurang efektif dikarenakan tidak dapat digunakan sewaktu-waktu ketika dibutuhkan, sehingga perlu adanya suatu sistem agar dapat mengatasi kondisi tersebut. Sistem pengganjal ban otomatis atau bisa disebut dengan auto wheel chock yang merupakan sistem otomasi dari pemasangan blok chock. Sistem dari alat ini meliputi carrier unit , sistem navigasi serta menggunakan sistem linear actuator sebagai penggerak utama. Satu buah carrier unit dipasang pada main structure kendaraan dan berdekatan dengan roda belakang. Control chock carrier dioperasikan oleh pengemudi jika truk dalam kondisi tergelincir mundur dan sensor proximity memberikan triger atau indikasi berupa output sinyal dan di kirim ke kontrol sistem elektrik berupa buzzer selanjutnya wheelchock perlu diaktifkan. Penanganan terkait dalam masalah yang disebabkan truk tergelincir mundur dapat di sajikan dalam ide perancangan dengan sistem otomatisasi, perancangan ini dapat dijabarkan dan di wujudkan secara rinci dengan menggunakan metode VDI 2221 yang dapat membantu menemukan solusi pada penerapan kendaraan terutama truk muatan. Hasil dari perencanaan ini mengubah cara konvensional dari alat pengganjal ban yaitu wheel chock yang sebelum digunakan pada truk-truk muatan yang mengalami tidak kuat menanjak karena beban muatan, dan kernet harus memasang blok wheel chock pada ban truk tersebut agar dapat menahan, hanya saja dampak negatifnya karnet bisa mengalami kecelakaan karena terlindas oleh truk tersebut, maka dibentuklah sistem otomatis ini, agar dapat dipergunakan kapan saja dengan cara otomatis di operasikan oleh supir, dan tidak perlu lagi karnet memasangkan blok wheel chock tersebut. Manual block chock feels less effective because it can not be used at any time when needed, so the need for a system in order to overcome these conditions. Automatic tire mount system or can be called with auto wheel chock which is the automation system of chock block installation. The system of this tool includes the carrier unit, the navigation system as well as using the linear system actuator as the prime mover. One carrier unit is installed on the main structure of the vehicle and adjacent to the rear wheels. The chock carrier control is operated by the driver if the truck is slipping backwards and the proximity sensor provides a triger or indication of signal output and transmitted to the electrical system control in the form of a later buzzer the wheelchock needs to be activated. Handling related to the problems caused by the derailed truck can be presented in the design idea with the automation system, this design can be elaborated and manifested in detail using the VDI 2221 method that can help find solutions on the application of vehicles, especially cargo trucks. The results of this plan change the conventional way of the tire roller tool that is before the wheel chock is used on load trucks that are not strong climbing due to loads of load, and the kernet must install the wheel chock block on the truck tires to hold, only negative impact karnet can be crashed by truck, then this automation system is established, so it can be used at any time by automatically operated by the driver, and no longer need to install the wheel chock block.
