Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage and firm size on the value of the company. This research was conducted at building construction companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange between 2014-2018. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 45 data from 9 building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period that met the criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis consisting of two variables, namely the dependent variable and the independent variable. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, liquidity does not affect effect on firm value, leverage does not affect the value of the company, firm size does not affect the value of the company. Keywords : profitability, liquidity, leverage, firm size, firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan konstuksi yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia antara tahun 2014-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 data dari 9 perusahaan konstruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2014- 2018 yang memenuhi kriteria. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu variabel dependen dan variabel independen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage, ukuran perusahaan, nilai perusahaan.
