Abstract

Pondasi merupakan element struktur yang harus mampu menahan bebab yang di berikan daru struktur atas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung dan membandingkan daya dukung tiang pancang yang sudah tertanam dalam melawan beban gempa dari data sondir, data NSPT, metode analitik dan bantuan Sofware L Pile dari data Parameter Tanah yang ada di Proyek Rusun Stasiun Tanjung Barat. Evaluasi tiang yang tertanam apakah masih sesuai dengan desain rencana atau tidak. Dari hasil perhitungan maka akan didapat daya dukung aksial tiang tunggal sebesar 1410 kN dan dengan menggunkan software Lpile didapat daya dukung lateral sebesar 45.1 kN dengan defleksi sebesar 0.00476 meter. Daya dukung lateral yang didapat masih mampu menahan gaya gempa yang diterima dari struktur atas, besarnya daya dukung lateral untuk tower I seluruh tiang = 10059.6 kN > Gaya gempa struktur atas = 8246.71 kN dan untuk tower II daya dukung lateral seluruh tiang = 25522.5 kN > Gaya gempa struktur atas = 21412.93 kN. Daya dukung lateral yang diperoleh oleh keseluruhan tiang masih jauh lebih besar dari pada gaya gempa yang diterima, dikarenkan kebutuhan daya dukung aksial untuk menahan beban yang diberikan oleh struktur atas bangunan. Dari hasil analisa, beban yang harus di topang pondasi sebesar : 799426.3 kN dan daya dukung tiang keseluruhan di 12065100 kN, daya dukung masih lebih besar dari beban struktur atas. Jadi dari hasil analisa penulis bahwa pondasi dari gedung Rusun Tanjung Barat masih mampu menahan gaya gempa dan beban vertikal dari struktur atas gedung tersebut. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi kecukupan tiang melawan beban gempa, program LPILE The foundation is a structural element that must be able to withstand the effects that are given from the upper structure.This study aims to calculate and compare the carrying capacity of piles that have been embedded in resisting earthquake loads from sondir data, NSPT data, analytical methods and L Pile Software assistance from the Soil Parameters data in the Tanjung Barat Station Flat Project. Evaluate the embedded pile whether it is still same with planed design or not. From the calculation, the results of the axial carrying capacity of a single pile is 1410 kN and by using Lpile software the lateral carrying capacity is 45.1 kN with deflection of 0.00476 meters can be obtained. The lateral carrying capacity obtained is still able to withstand the earthquake force received from the upper structure, the magnitude of the lateral carrying capacity for entire pile of tower I is t = 10059.6 kN> Earthquake force of the upper structure = 8246.71 kN and for tower II the lateral carrying capacity for the entire pile = 25522.5 kN> Force upper structure earthquake = 21412.93 kN. The lateral carrying capacity obtained by the entire pile is still far greater than the earthquake force received, because of the need for axial carrying capacity to withstand the load given by the structure of the building. From the results of the analysis, the load that must be supported by foundation is: 799426.3 kN and the carrying capacity of the overall pile at 12065100 kN, carrying capacity is still greater than the burden of the upper structure. So from the results of the author's analysis , the foundation of the Tanjung Barat Flats Building is still able to withstand earthquake forces and vertical loads from the structure of the building.
