Abstract

Separator produksi adalah sebuah bejana bertekanan yang digunakan untuk memisahkan fluida yang berasal dari sumur produksi ke dalam fasa cairan dan fasa gas. Dalam pembuatannya, separator produksi tidak dibuat secara masal, dikarenakan karakteristik sumur produksi yang berbeda-beda antara sumur produksi yang satu dengan yang lainnya. Hal ini mengakibatkan, berbedanya spesifikasi separator produksi yang digunakan. Sehingga, setiap pembuatan separator produksi harus dilakukan proses perancangan. Proses perancangan yang dilakukan adalah membuat gambar desain bejana tekan dengan menggunakan software Autocad, dilanjutkan menghitung ketebalan material, tekanan kerja maksimal, tekanan tes hidrostatik secara manual dan menggunakan software PV Elite dan menganalisis tegangan longitudinal dan circumferential menggunakan software Solidworks. Hasil perhitungan manual diperoleh tebal shell = 0,5512 inch (14 mm), tebal head = 0,5512 inch (14 mm). Tekanan kerja maksimal shell = 245,656 psig (1,694 MPa), Tekanan kerja maksimal head = 247,217 psig (1,704 MPa). Tekanan tes hidrostatik = 292,5 psig (2,017 MPa). Sedangkan, menggunakan software PV Elite diperoleh tebal shell = 0,5512 inch (14 mm), tebal head = 0,5512 inch (14 mm). Tekanan kerja maksimal shell = 244,825 psi (1,688 MPa), Tekanan kerja maksimal head = 244,825 psig (1,688 MPa). Tekanan tes hidrostatik = 318,272 psig (2,194 MPa). Sedangkan perhitungan dengan software Solidworks, tegangan circumferential sebesar 14855 psi (102,422 MPa), dan tegangan longitudinal diperoleh nilai sebesar 9218 psi (63,556 MPa). Tegangan ini, jika dibandingkan dengan tegangan ijin meterialnya sebesar 20000 psi (137,895 MPa) maka tegangan yang terjadi masih dalam kondisi aman. Kata kunci: Bejana tekan, bejana tekan horizontal, separator produksi, pv elite, solidworks Production separator is a pressure vessel used to separate fluid from production wells into liquid phase and gas phase. In its manufacture, the production separator is not mass-produced, due to the different characteristics of production wells from one production well to another. This results in different specifications of the production separator that must be used, so the design process must be carried out. The design process was carried out by creating a pressure vessel design drawing using Autocad software, followed by calculating the thickness of the material, the maximum working pressure, hydrostatic test pressure manually and using PV Elite software and analyzing the longitudinal and circumferential stresses using Solidworks software. Manual calculation results obtained shell thickness = 0.5512 inch (14 mm), head thickness = 0.5512 inch (14 mm). Maximum allowable working pressure shell = 245.656 psig (1.694 MPa), maximum allowable working pressure head = 247.217 psig (1.704 MPa). Hydrostatic test pressure = 292.5 psig (2.017 MPa). The calculation results using PV Elite software obtained shell thickness = 0.5512 inch (14 mm), head thickness = 0.5512 inch (14 mm). Maximum allowable working pressure shell = 244.825 psi (1.688 MPa), maximum allowable working pressure head = 244.825 psig (1.688 MPa). Hydrostatic test pressure = 318.272 psig (2.194 MPa). The calculation results using Solidworks software, circumferential stress obtained values of 14855 psi (102.422 MPa) and longitudinal stress 9218 psi (63.556 MPa) respectively where the allowable stress material is 20000 psi (137.895 MPa), so the stress that occurs is still in safe condition.
