Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan teknik data primer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan, Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif namu tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan. Saran yang dapat dijadikan pertimbangan adalah sebaiknya pimpinan lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan kompensasi, mengurangi beban kerja yang berlebihan terhadap karyawan, dan mengurangi sikap arogan dalam memimpin perusahaan, agar tingkat Turnover Intention tidak semakin tinggi. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Beban Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Turnover Inention This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, workload and leadership style on turnover intention employee. This research was conducted on 50 respondents using primary data techniques. The method used in this research is Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that Compensation has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention Employee, Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention, and the Leadership Style has a positive but not significant effect on Turnover Intention Employee. Suggestions that can be taken into consideration are that leaders should pay more attention and increase compensation, reduce excessive workload on employees, and reduce the arrogant attitude in leading the company, so that the level of Turnover Intention is not getting higher.
