Abstract

Local heating (housing and compartment) in the lightning arrester compartment shows that the Zno (metal oxide) chip has been heating due to resistive leakage currents. In field experience, it was found that the relationship between hot spots and the measurement results of the resistive leakage current was found. The factor that causes local heating of the compartment is because the Lightning Arrester cannot completely ground the voltage and current, thus damaging the Zno (metal oxide) chip, due to poor grounding or the grounding arrester system. The method used in this research is the method of observation in which the researcher observes the object under study to determine the condition of the equipment. The results of the research were to calculate the value of the voltage and current rating for each arrester of 132.3 kV and 2.52 kA. Clamp temperature calculation results | ΔT | The highest max was 8.8C ° in the T phase and was in the normal category. Compartment calculation results | ΔT | The highest max is 4,2C ° in the T phase. Based on the NETA standard,> 3 °, the T phase indicates a deficiency. As well as looking for the cause of the hot temperature generated by the Phase T compartment by using a grounding resistance analysis. It was found that the grounding value of the T phase 3.8 did not match the SPLN standard, namely <1, after fixing the T phase to 0.64 according to the SPLN standard, namely <1 Keywords: Local Heating, Lightning Arrester, Grounding Resistance Analysis. Pemanasan lokal pada kompartemen lightning arrester ini menunjukkan bahwa keeping Zno (metal oksida) telah mengalami pemanasan akibat arus bocor yang bersifat resistif. Dalam pengalaman lapangan, ditemukan hubungan antara hot spot dengan hasil pengukuran arus bocor resistif. Faktor penyebab terjadiya pemanasan lokal komparteman karena Lightning Arrester tidak dapat mentanahkan tegangan dan arus secara sempurna sehingga merusak keping Zno (metal oksida), karena pentanahan atau system grounding arrester yang buruk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi dimana peneliti melakukan pengamatan terhadap objek yang diteliti untuk mengetahui kondisi peralatan tersebut. Hasil penelitian perhitungan nilai rating tegangan dan arus masing-masing arrester sebesar 132,3 kV dan 2,52 kA. Hasil perhitungan temperatur klem | ΔT | max tertinggi adalah 8,8C ° pada Phasa T dan berada pada kategori normal. Hasil perhitungan kompartemen |ΔT| max tertinggi adalah 4,2C ° pada Phasa T. Berdasarkan standart NETA yaitu >3° maka fasa T mengindikasikan adanya defisiensi. Serta mencari penyebab terjadinya temperatur panas yang ditimbulkan oleh kompartemen Phase T dengan menggunakan analisis tahanan pentanahan. Ditemukan bawah nilai pentanahan fasa T 3,8 tidak sesuai dengan standart SPLN yaitu <1, setelah di perbaiki fasa T menjadi 0,64 sesuai dengan standart SPLN yaitu <1 Kata Kunci : Pemanasan Lokal, Lightning Arrester, Analisis Tahanan Pentanahan.
