Abstract
The interconnection system on line 3 is currently in the installation stage and a test and commissioning process will be carried out. Fault detection and disconnection in disturbed systems can be achieved by using a relay that will detect errors and provide a signal to carry out a trip command to the CB. Therefore, by implementing a protection system on a good electrical power network, it can minimize the area of interference and shorten the time for disturbances to occur.To overcome the occurrence of a disturbance in order to mitigate the occurrence of miss coordination of protection before the JABODEBEK LRT operates and maintain system reliability, it is necessary to study the protection settings. In relay coordination protection simulation research between incoming and outgoing traction relays. When a disturbance is given to the halim 1 outgoing traction bus, a red arrow line will appear showing the disturbance current and touching the outgoing traction side first before the incoming PLN where the disturbance current (red circle) is the amount of Line to Line disturbance current that occurs, which is 19017 A with time tripping 8,43 s. will detect any disturbances first, namely the outgoing relay and continue with the interconnection relay as a back up before going to the incoming relay. Relay is working according to the standards set. To set the OCR, there are several data that are included in the simulation, including data on the pick-up value, TMS and type of relay, both from overcurrent and instantaneous. From this data will be processed and produce values from the simulation results carried out and analyzed with the magnitude of the value of FLA (Full Load Ampere) to ensure that the relay setting has a value greater than FLA to avoid tripping on the CB when operating. The coordination of the OCR relay settings at TPSS line 3 Cawang - East Bekasi is in accordance with the IEC 60255 standard where each OCR time setting does not precede and overlap one another, and is in accordance with the trip or TOP flow, namely, stage 1 = 0, 3 second, stage 2 = 1.4 s, stage 3 = 2.5 s and stage 4 = 3.44 s. Keywords: Relay coordination, Full load ampere, TMS Pada sistem interkoneksi pada line 3 saat ini sedang dalam tahap instalasi dan akan dilakukan proses test and commissioning. Deteksi gangguan dan pemutusan pada sistem yang terganggu dapat dicapai dengan menggunakan relay yang akan mendeteksi kesalahan dan memberikan sinyal untuk melakukan perintah trip kepada CB. Oleh karena itu dengan menerapkan sistem proteksi pada jaringan tenaga listrik yang baik dapat meminimalisir area gangguan dan mempersingkat waktu terjadinya gangguan Untuk menanggulangi terjadinya sebuah gangguan dalam rangka memitigasi terjadinya miss koordinasi proteksi sebelum LRT JABODEBEK beroperasi dan mempertahankan keandalan sistem, perlu adanya kajian terhadap setting proteksinya. Pada penelitian simulasi proteksi koordinasi relay antara relay incoming dan relay outgoing traction. Ketika diberikan gangguan pada bus outgoing traction halim 1 maka akan muncul garis panah merah menunjukkan arus gangguan dan meyentuh sisi outgoing traction terlebih dahulu sebelum incoming PLN dimana arus gangguan (lingkaran merah) merupakan besaran arus gangguan Line to Line yang terjadi yaitu sebesar 19017 A dengan waktu tripping 8,43 s. akan mendeteksi adanya gangguan terlebih dahulu yaitu relay outgoing dan dilanjutkan relay interconnection sebagai back up sebelum menuju ke relay incoming. Relay sudah bekerja sesuai dengan standar yang di tetapkan. Untuk melakukan setting OCR terdapat beberapa data yang dimasukkan dalam melakukan simulasi diantaranya, data nilai pick up, TMS dan type relay baik dari overcurrent maupun instantaneous. Dari data tersebut akan di olah dan menghasilkan nilai dari hasil simulasi yang dilakukan dan dianalisa dengan besarnya nilai FLA (Full Load Ampere) untuk memastikan agar setting relay memiliki nilai lebih besar dari FLA untuk menghindari terjadinya trip pada CB ketika beroperasi. Koordinasi setting relay OCR pada TPSS line 3 Cawang – Bekasi Timur sudah sesuai dengan standar IEC 60255 dimana masing – masing setting waktu OCR tidak saling mendahului dan timpang tindih satu dengan yang lainnya, dan sesuai dengan alur trip atau TOP yaitu, tahap 1 = 0,3 second, tahap 2 = 1,4 s, tahap 3 = 2,5 s dan tahap 4 = 3,44 s.
