Abstract

In the power distribution system, there are several network configurations, one of which is spotload customer network configuration, which in this spotload customer has customers with power installed above 8 MVA so it is necessary to pay special attention to its reliability because it will contribute a large energy sale. The problem is that pthere are generally cubicles of spotload substations whose cubicle construction already uses circuit breaker type cubicles (CB), but the protection rele limited to OCR and GFR. Spotload network condition like this is notreliable, karena if there is a disruption in the network it will causeall spotload trip uploaders that cause customers to outage on the supplier. it is necessary to install Directional Overcurrent Relay on the cubicle of the Main Substation of spotload customer supplier and analyze its effect on the reliability of the power distribution system. Based on the results of calculation analysis and testing, it is obtained by setting the current direction rele more than Iprimer = 300 A, I secondary = 4 A, td = 0s, TMS = 0.05, and φ = 900 has been able to work as expected and able to save unsold energy of Rp 24,746,620.00, SAIDI index = 4 minutes / customer, and SAIFI index = 4 customers / year. Keywords: Directional Overcurrent Relay, OCR, GFR Spotload, Supplier Dalam sistem distribusi tenaga listrik terdapat beberapa konfigurasi jaringan, salah satunya yaitu konfigurasi jaringan pelanggan spotload, yang mana pada pelanggan spotload ini memiliki pelanggan dengan daya terpasang di atas 8 MVA sehingga perlu diperhatikan secara khusus keandalannya karena akan menyumbang penjualan energi yang besar. Permasalahannya adalah pada umumnya kubikel gardu spotload yang konstruksi kubikelnya sudah menggunakan kubikel tipe Circuit Breaker (CB), namun rele proteksinya sebatas OCR dan GFR. Kondisi jaringan spotload seperti ini belum andal, karena jika terjadi gangguan di jaringan maka akan menyebabkan semua penyulang spotload trip yang mengakibatkan pelanggan padam pada penyulang secara keseluruhan. maka perlu dilakukan pemasangan Directional Overcurrent Relay atau rele arah arus lebih pada kubikel Gardu Induk penyulang pelanggan spotload dan dianalisi pengaruhnya terhadap keandalan sistem distribusi tenaga listrik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan dan pengujian maka didapat dengan setting rele arah arus lebih sebesar Iprimer = 300 A, I sekunder = 4 A, td = 0s, TMS = 0.05, dan
