Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of work stress, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The object of this study is employees who work at PT.Tirta Investama located in West Jakarta. This research was conducted on 50 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection method in this study used a research questionnaire. Data analysis methods used in the data quality test are validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing using equation model analysis (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that work stress and work motivation affect employee performance. While work discipline does not affect employee performance. This is evidenced from the results of the validity test, the reliability test and the hypothesis test also showed a significant value of three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Keywords: work stress, work motivation, work discipline, employee performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang pekerja di PT.Tirta Investama yang berlokasi di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan uji kualitas data yaitu uji validitas, uji realibilitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis model persamaan (SEM) dengan softwareSmartPLS 3.0 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sters kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji validitas, uji realibilitas dan uji hipotesis juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari tiga variable bebas yang mendukung hipotesis. Kata kunci : stres kerja, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan.
