Abstract
Every company has a goal that is established is to get the maximum profit for the prosperity of the company and investors who invest in the company. Another company goal is to increase and maximize the value of the company as well as the welfare of company owners and shareholders. Factors which include company value in this study include profitability and leverage and dividden policy. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, leverage and dividend policy on the value of manufacturing companies. The population used in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015 - 2017. The method used in the selection of company samples is the purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear analysis with SPSS version 21. The sample in this study amounted to 143-144 companies and used amounted to 55 companies for one period. The results of this study are that profitability has no effect on firm value while leverage and dividend policy have an effect on firm value. Keywords: profitability, leverage, dividend policy, company value Setiap perusahaan mempunyai tujuan yang didirikannya adalah untuk mendapatkan profit yang maksimal demi kemakmuran perusahaan dan investor yang menanamkan modal pada perusahaan. Tujuan perusahaan yang lainnya adalah meningkatkan dan memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan serta mensejahterakan pemilik perusahaan dan pemegang saham. Faktor – faktor yang meliputi nilai perusahaan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya yaitu, profitabilitas dan leverage dan kebijakan dividden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) periode 2015 – 2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam pemilihan sampel perusahaan yaitu metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis linear berganda dengan program SPSS versi 21. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 143 – 144 perusahaan dan yang dipakai berjumlah 55 perusahaan untuk satu periode. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan leverage dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
