Abstract
Office workers have a high intensity of sitting time every day. Muscle fatigue, motion, and mental conditioning indicate long sitting may have consequences for musculoskeletal discomfort and cognitive function. From the health side, rest to stand up, and not sit down for a while are recommended things. According to the problem, a system capable of monitoring and warning office workers to assess the seating arrangements would have a bearing on the duration of a sitting officer. Seats designed with 4 of the switch limit and 1 of the MPU6050 are padded sit, 3 of the switch limits on the seat cushions the information is scanned by a microcontroller and relayed by a hc-05 bluetooth module to transmit the information on the smartphone. The draft system is based on Pearson's correlation and coefficiencies. The result of this design system shows a correlation between sitting positions has a high correlation with the duration of sitting with negative linear correlation (-1) as a result of changes between inverse variables (1) and explains the good duration of sitting because the coefficient value of the determinations approaches 1. Keywords: limit switch, mpu6050, hc-05, Pearson correlation, coefficient determination Pekerja kantoran memiliki intensitas waktu duduk yang tinggi setiap hari. Kelelahan otot, gerakan, dan kondisi mental menunjukkan duduk lama mungkin memiliki konsekuensi untuk ketidaknyamanan muskuloskeletal dan fungsi kognitif. Dari sisi kesehatan, istirahat untuk melakukan peregang berdiri, dan tidak duduk dalam beberapa waktu adalah hal-hal yang direkomendasikan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dibuat sebuah sistem yang mampu memantau dan memperingatkan pegawai kantoran guna menganalilis korelasi posisi duduk memiliki pengaruh terhadap durasi duduk seorang pegawai kantoran. Kursi yang dirancang dengan menggunakan 4 buah limit switch dan 1 buah MPU6050 dibantalan duduk , 3 buah limit switch di bantalan sandaran kursi yang diolah informasinya oleh mikrokontroller dan disampaikan dengan module bluetooth HC-05 guna mengirimkan informasi yang akan ditampilkan di smartphone. Sistem perancangan ini melihat hubungan posisi duduk dan durasi duduk menggunakan metoda Korelasi Pearson dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil dari sistem perancangan ini memperlihatkan korelasi antara posisi duduk memilikli korelasi yang tinggi dengan durasi duduk dengan kelompok korelasi linear negatif (-1) akibat perubahan antar variabel berbanding terbalik dan menjelaskan durasi duduk yang baik karena nilai koefisien determinasi mendekati nilai 1.
