Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the liquidity ratio, solvency and profitability ratios financial performance. Measurement of current liquidity ratio is proxied by the ratio, solvency ratio is proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio, the ratio of profitability is proxied by Net Profit Margin and financial performance refers to the Return On Asset. The object of this study is mining coal sub-sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a sample of eight companies within a period of 5 years (2013-2017). Based on the results of the study, the company's revenue or profit has increased from year to year, so it can be said that the company has good performance. However, large revenues or profits are not an absolute measure of a company's financial performance. Therefore, it is necessary and important to be analyzed using liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability ratios to measure company performance in order to obtain more accurate results Data obtained by purposive sampling method. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). The research proves that simultaneous Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability simultaneously having a significant impact on financial performance. Partially, liquidity ratio and solvency ratio is not significant positive effect. While the ratio of positive and significant profitability. Keywords: Financial ratios, financial performance, the company's coal mining Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio likuiditas , rasio solvabilitas dan rasio profitabilitas terhadap kinerja keuangan. Pengukuran rasio likuiditas diproksikan dengan current rasio, rasio solvabilitas diproksikan dengan Debt to Equity Rasio, rasio profitabilitas diproksikan dengan Net Profit Margin dan kinerja keuangan mengacu pada Return On Asset. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan sub sector batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan sampel sebanyak 8 perusahaan dalam jangka waktu 5 tahun (2013-2017). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pendapatan atau laba perusahaan mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa perusahaan tersebut mempunyai kinerja yang baik. Namun, pendapatan atau laba yang besar bukan merupakan suatu ukuran mutlak kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dan penting untuk dianalisis dengan menggunakan rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas dan rasio profitabilitas untuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan sehingga diperoleh hasil yang lebih akurat. Data diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara simultan Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Profitabilitas secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Secara parsial, Rasio likuiditas dan Rasio Solvabilitas berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan. Sementara Rasio profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan.
