Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance on the company's financial performance. This study analyzes the effect of Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Audit Committee Size, and Proportion of Board of Commissioners on the Company's Financial Performance. The research data was obtained through secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study is the banking sector found on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018 with a total of 100 banks. multiple analysis methods. The results showed that institutional ownership and managerial ownership had a significant positive effect on the company's financial performance and the size of the audit committee, and the board of commissioners had a significant negative effect on the company's financial performance. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Financial Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Ukuran Komite Audit, dan Proporsi dewan Komisaris terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui data sekunder yang diambil dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sektor perbankan yang terdapat di BEI priode tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2018 dengan jumlah 100 bank. metode analisis berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan Institusiona dan Kepemilikan Manajerial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan perusahaan dan Ukuran Komite Audit, dan Dewan Komisaris berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Good Corporate Governance, Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan.
