Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Profitability and Company Size on Company Value in Oil and Gas Sub-Sector Mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were 9 Oil and Gas companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2017. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample technique, which was 9 companies. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression with the selected model approach that is the Fixed Effect Model. The results showed that the Capital Structure (DER) had a positive effect on firm value (PBV), while Profitability (ROE) had no effect on firm value (PBV), and Company Size (SIZE) had no effect on Company Value (PBV) in the Mining subsector company Oil and Gas registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. Keywords: capital structure (DER), profitability (ROE), company size (SIZE), company value (PBV) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan Pertambangan Subsektor Minyak dan Gas Bumi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 perusahaan Minyak dan Gas Bumi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014 - 2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode teknik sample jenuh yaitu 9 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi data panel dengan pendekatan model yang terpilih yaitu Fixed Effect Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Struktur Modal (DER) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), sedangkan Profitabilitas (ROE) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), dan Ukuran Perusahaan (SIZE) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan Pertambangan subsektor Minyak dan Gas Bumi yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2014- 2017.
