Abstract

A pelletmill is a type of factory or press machine that is used to make pellets from powder or is a mechanical feed processing method that is widely applied in the poultry feed industry, especially chicken and catfish such as those produced at PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia. This study aims to identify, monitor and analyze problems that occur in a pelletmill motor so that it can be monitored from near or far. The working system of this protection device is based on the Internet of Things (IoT) which is combined with various microcontroller components, namely WeMos D1 Mini, MPU6050, MAX31685 and PT100. And supported by the Arduino IDE software version 1.8.11. Measurements using standard tools (thermolaser and vibrometer) by comparing the protection devices made by the authors prove that the level of accuracy is high as evidenced by the from the average error value (Temperature = over 3.48% and Velocity = short 0.5%) and the average value based on fuzzy logic is (Temperature = 56.46 ᴼC and Velocity = 3.52 mm/s). Keywords: Arduino, Cayenne, IoT, MAX31865, MPU6050, Pelletmill, PT100, Protection System, WeMos D1 Pelletmill merupakan jenis pabrik atau mesin press yang digunakan untuk membuat pelet dari bahan bubuk atau merupakan metode pengolahan pakan secara mekanik yang banyak diterapkan di industry pakan unggas, khususnya ayam dan lele seperti yang di produksi di PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, memantau dan menganalisa permasalahan yang terjadi pada motor pelletmill sehingga dapat dimonitoring dari jarak dekat maupun jauh. Sistem kerja alat proteksi ini berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang digabungkan derngan berbagai komponen miktokontroler yaitu WeMos D1 Mini, MPU6050, MAX31685 dan PT100. Dan di dukung oleh software Arduino IDE versi 1.8.11. Pengukuran menggunakan alat standar (thermolaser dan vibrometer) dengan membandingkan alat proteksi yang dibuat penulis terbukti bahwa tingkat akurasi tergolong tinggi dengan dibuktikan dari nilai rata-rata kesalahan (Temperature = over 3,48 % dan Velocity = short 0,5 %) dan nilai rata-rata berdasarkan logika fuzzy adalah (Temperature = 56,46 ᴼC dan Velocity = 3,52 mm/s).
