Abstract

gangguan jaringan. Dalam menjaga kestabilan jaringan, perusahaan memberikan minimal SLA (Service Level Agreement) maupun KPI (Key Performance Indicator) yang harus dicapai per bulannya. Jika SLA kurang dari perjanjian yang diberikan maka perusahaan harus memberikan kompensasi kepada customer. Salah satu upaya untuk mencapai SLA adalah proses penanganan gangguan yang cepat. Rancang bangun sistem pengendali modem ini merupakan alat untuk memonitoring suhu serta tegangan pada modem, dan dapat me-restart modem yang terdapat di ruang sentral maupun di sisi HRB melalui web. Tujuan dari alat ini adalah meminimalisir upaya penanganan gangguan ketika dilakukan first level handling agar SLA dapat terpenuhi dan dapat memberikan kepuasan pelanggan atas jasa jaringan telekomunikasi yang diberikan. Alat ini terdiri dari sensor DHT11 yang digunakan untuk membaca suhu pada modem, sensor PZEM004T yang digunakan untuk membaca arus, tegangan serta daya yang diterima pada perangkat modem. Standar yang diberikan perusahaan jaringan telekomunikasi untuk perangkat komunikasi harus memiliki suhu minimal kurang dari 30°C dan maksimal suhu 40-45°C. Jika suhu sudah mencapai 35°C maka modem akan restar secara otomatis. Dan nilai arus yang diterima yaitu 0.05 mA. The design of the modem controller system is a tool to monitor the temperature and voltage on the modem, and can restart the modem in the central space and on the HRB side via the web. The purpose of this tool is to minimize efforts to handle interference when done first level handling so that the SLA can be fulfilled and can provide customer satisfaction for the telecommunications network services provided. This tool consists of a DHT11 sensor that is used to read the temperature on the modem, the PZEM004T sensor used to read current, voltage and power received on a modem device. The standards provided by telecommunications network companies for communication devices must have a minimum temperature of less than 30 ° C and a maximum temperature of 40-45 ° C.
