Abstract

Network maneuver is an activity to open or close the LBS ( load break switch ) position or grounding switch on the 20 kV cubicle panel, but in its implementation there are still errors in performing network maneuvers. Network maneuvering errors can cause many losses such as feeder trips, equipment damage, and even work accidents. Network maneuvering errors occur several times due to operator error in maneuvering the network, one of the possible maneuvers that can occur is the insertion of a ground switch when the incoming cubicle is in a voltage condition, this can occur due to the interlock design. The current cubicle is still not equipped with a voltage sensor that can prevent the entry of the ground switch . Implementation of the 20 kV Interlock Cubicle Ground Switch aims to prevent the insertion of a grounding switch when the incoming cubicle is in a voltage condition. This tool uses a non-contact voltage sensor as an input system that is connected to the Arduino Nano and will produce an output in the form of an SG90 servo motor which functions to close the 20 kV cubicle earth switch handle hole . Based on the test results, the servo motor will close the grounding switch if the non-contact voltage sensor detects a voltage. The voltage sensor output will activate the relay if it is 3 Volts or more. The response of the 20 kV Cubicle Interlock Ground Switch System has an average speed of 0.287 seconds. Keywords: Arduino, Ground, Interlock, Cucicle, Medium Voltage Manuver jaringan merupakan kegiatan membuka atau menutup posisi LBS (load break switch) maupun saklar pentanahan pada panel kubikel 20 kV, namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih ditemukan adanya kesalahan dalam melakukan manuver jaringan. Kesalahan manuver jaringan dapat menyebabkan banyak kerugian seperti trip penyulang, kerusakan alat, bahkan kecelakaan kerja. Kesalahan manuver jaringan beberapa kali terjadi dikarenakan kesalahan operator dalam melakukan manuver jaringan, salah satu kemungkinan kesalahan manuver yang dapat terjadi yaitu pemasukan saklar pentanahan disaat incoming kubikel dalam kondisi bertegangan, hal tersebut dapat terjadi dikarenakan desain interlock kubikel yang ada saat ini masih belum dilengkapi dengan sensor tegangan yang dapat mencegah pemasukan saklar pentanahan. Implementasi Ground Switch Interlock Kubikel 20 kV bertujuan untuk mencegah pemasukkan saklar pentanahan disaat incoming kubikel dalam kondisi bertegangan. Alat ini menggunakan sensor tegangan non contact sebagai sistem input yang dihubungkan ke Arduino Nano dan akan menghasilkan output berupa motor servo SG90 yang berfungsi untuk menutup lubang handle saklar pentanahan kubikel 20 kV. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, motor servo akan menutup saklar penatanahan apabila sensor tegangan non contact mendeteksi adanya tegangan. Output sensor tegangan akan mengaktifkan relay apabila bernilai 3 Volt atau lebih. Respon Sistem Ground Switch Interlock Kubikel 20 kV memiliki kecepatan rata-rata 0.287 detik.
