Abstract

In this study, the simulation will explain about the calculation of PLC (Programmeble Logic Control) -based boxes which are connected via the Panduit tx6 cable to the HMI (Human Machine Interface), this simulation aims to calculate the number of boxes produced by industrial production carried by Froklift which will later pass through sensors to count, for calculating the Froklift can carry 1 stack of boxes or 2 piles of boxes at once. This simulation uses the RSlogix Emulate 500 software for PLC and uses the Easy Builder software for HMI to simulate box counting. This simulation uses AllenBradley PLC as the CPU (central Processing Unit) and HMI as simulation monitoring so that it can be shown how many boxes have been counted and how many boxes cannot be counted, there are several sensors used, namely the proximity sensor and the capacity sensor, to the two sensors. it serves to count the boxes carried by Froklift This simulation aims to improve the calculation performance in the industry in order to get the maximum calculation results, not having to calculate the unity of goods but calculating the unity of the Box carried by Froklif to make it more comprehensive and easy to calculate. Pada penelitian ini akan dijelaskan similasi mengenai penghitungan box bebasis PLC (Programmeble Logic Control) yang di sambungkan melalui Kabel Panduit tx6 ke HMI (Human Machine Interface), simulasi ini bertujuan untuk menghitung jumlah box hasil produksi industry yang di bawa oleh Froklift yang nanti akan melewati sensor untk di hitung, untuk penghitungan Froklift bisa membawa 1 timpuk box atau 2 tumpuk box sealigus. Simulasi ini menggunkaan software RSlogix Emulate 500 untuk PLC dan menggunakan software Easy Builder untuk HMI untuk simulasi penghitungan box. Simulasi ini menggunakan PLC AllenBradley sebagai CPU (central Processing Unit) dan HMI sebagai monitoring simulasi agar dapat tertera berapakah box yang berhasil terhitung dan berapa box yang tidak bisa di hitung, ada beberapa sensor yang digunakan, yaitu sensor proximity dan sensor kapasiti, ke dua sensor itu berfungsi untuk menghitung box yang dibawa oleh Froklift Simulasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan performa penhitungan pada industri agar bisa mendapatkan penghitungan hasil yang maksimal, tidak harus menghitung persatuan barang tetapi menghitung persatuan Box yang dibawa oleh Froklif agar lebih menyeluruh dan mudah untuk dikalkulasikan
