Abstract
The total gold production at PT XYZ during 2017-2018 has decreased. The decline in gold production can be caused by natural factors and process errors. Process error factors can be seen in the Performance Heap Leaching graph caused by improper extraction percent of Au. Therefore, proper forecasting is needed to improve percent Au extraction. Some forecasting methods that are in accordance with the plot of the data generated will be selected and tested. The forecasting method is Linear, Kudratik, and Exponential Growth. Data processing and validation test results from the three methods, the quadratic method was chosen as the best forecasting method with MAD values: 0.01110, MSD: 0.00020, and MAPE: 1.56847. The quadratic chosen forecasting method can be used to improve the gold production target in 2017 from 6,254 oz to 6,205 oz, while the production target is in 2018 from 6,034 oz to 5,984 oz. This results in the actual production data generally achieving a predetermined production target. Keywords: Gold Production Target, Percent Gold Extraction, Forecasting Method, Quadratic Method Total produksi emas di PT XYZ selama tahun 2017-2018 mengalami penurunan. Produksi emas yang terus menurun dapat disebabkan oleh faktor alam dan faktor kesalahan secara proses yang dilakukan. Faktor kesalahan proses dapat dilihat pada grafik Performance Heap Leaching yang disebabkan oleh sistem peramalan (forescasting) persen Au ekstraksi yang tidak tepat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peramalan yang tepat untuk memperbaiki persen Au ekstraksi. Beberapa metode peramalan yang sesuai dengan plot data yang dihasilkan akan dipilih dan diuji. Metode peramalan tersebut ialah Linear, Kudratik, dan Pertumbuhan Eksponensial. Hasil uji pengolahan data dan validasi dari ketiga metode tersebut, metode kuadratik terpilih sebagai metode peramalan yang terbaik dengan nilai MAD: 0.01110, MSD: 0.00020, dan MAPE: 1.56847. Metode peramalan terpilih kuadratik dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki target produksi emas pada tahun 2017 dari 6.254 oz menjadi 6.205 oz, sedangkan target produksi padan tahun 2018 dari 6.034 oz menjadi 5.984 oz. Hal ini mengakibatkan data aktual produksi secara umum mencapai target produksi yang telah ditentukan. Kata Kunci : Target Produksi Emas, Persen Ekstraksi Emas, Metode Peramalan, Metode Kuadratik
