Abstract

The process of schedulling is one important factor determining the success or failure of the construction project. The scheduling has a sense that is a device for determining the activities required to complete a project in the order as well as the specific time frame, in which area activity should be carried out so the project is completed on time at an economical cost. The purpose of this final project is to determine how application of methods CPM and PERT scheduling construction projects. From the calculation by using the CPM method with a duration 138 days and by using PERT method is 138 days. When compared with the result of project completion is 175 days, with system improvements and using CPM method can save time 38 days more fast. Keywords: CPM, PERT, Network diagram Proses penjadwalan adalah salah satu faktor penting yang menentukan berhasil atau tidaknya proses dalam suatu proyek konstruksi. Penjadwalan merupakan perangkat untuk menentukan aktivitas yang diperlukan untuk menentukan aktivitas yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan suatu proyek dalam urutan serta kerangka waktu tertentu, dimana setiap aktivitas harus dilaksanakan agar proyek selesai tepat waktu dan dengan biaya yang ekonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode CPM (Critical Path Method) dan PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) pada penjadwalan proyek konstruksi. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penjadwalan dengan metode CPM diperoleh durasi 137 hari, dan dengan metode PERT diperoleh durasi 138 hari. Jika dibandingkan dengan hasil penyelesaian proyek yaitu 175 hari, dengan perbaikan system kerja dan menggunakan metode CPM dapat mengefesiensikan waktu sebanyak 38 hari lebih cepat.
