Abstract

Small and medium business lisa bakery is producing bread with various flavors. With a sub-contract request from one of the companies, with a total demand consisting of 300 pcs of brown bread and 300 pcs of cheese flavored bread every day. With a production room that is still one or more with the residence of the family of Mr. Kaslam Murdianto as the owner of this business. This causes a lack of production capacity if it has to fulfill the sub-contract demand with the demand for bread that will be marketed directly to consumers. In terms of machinery and equipment, it is considered to exceed the capacity of the machine used, often to meet demand - the request must do extra work or overtime. To overcome this problem, the bakery will spend a number of costs to invest in order to support expansion or increase capacity. The steps in investing are very crucial for the continuity of this bakery lisa business. In this study analyzed with methods of testing testing criteria. The method used is break event point (BEP), Net present value (NPV), internal rate return (IRR), Payback period (PP), Benefit cost ratio (BCR). The results of this study use these methods is an investment that will be carried out by Lisa Bakery is very feasible. With this investment, it is expected that the production capacity will increase and be able to meet sub-contract demands and requests from direct consumers. The results of this study are very useful for the lisa bakery business to make a decision. And making lisa bakery has a view for the future period. This investment is also expected to generate the desired profit that can later be used for investment or further business development. Keywords: small and medium enterprises (SMEs) , investment feasibility. Usaha kecil menengah lisa bakery adalah memproduksi roti dengan berbagai varian rasa. Dengan adanya permintaan sub kontrak dari salah satu perusahaan, dengan total permintaan terdiri dari roti rasa coklat sebanyak 300 pcs dan roti rasa keju sebanyak 300 pcs setiap harinya. Dengan ruang produksi yang masih satu atap dengan tempat tinggal keluarga bapak kaslam murdianto selaku pemilik dari usaha ini. Hal itu menyebabkan kurangnya kapasitas produksi apabila harus memenuhi permintaan sub kontrak dengan permintaan roti yang akan di pasarkan langsung ke konsumen. Dari segi mesin dan peralatan pun sudah dianggap melebihi kapasitas dari mesin yang digunakan, sering kali untuk memenuhi permintaan – permintaan tersebut harus melakukan kerja ekstra atau lembur. Untuk mengatasi permaslahan tersebut lisa bakery akan mengeluarkan sejumlah biaya untuk berinvestasi guna menunjang perluasan atau penambahan kapasitas. Langkah – langkah dalam berinvestasi sangatlah menentukan bagi kelangsungan usaha lisa bakery ini. Dalam penelitian ini menganalisa dengan metode – metode kriteria pengujian invesatasi. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah break event point ( BEP ), Net present value ( NPV ), internal rate return ( IRR), Payback period ( PP ), Benefit cost ratio ( BCR ). Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan metode – metode tersebut adalah investasi yang akan dilaksanakan oleh lisa bakery sangatlah layak. Dengan adanya investasi ini di harapkan kapasitas produksi menjadi bertambah dan mampu memenuhi permintaan sub kontrak maupun permintaan dari para konsumen langsung. Hasil penelitian ini sangat berguna bagi usaha lisa bakery untuk mengambil sebuah keputusan. Dan membuat lisa bakery mempunyai pandangan untuk masa periode mendatang. Investasi ini juga diharaapkan akan menghasilkan laba yang diinginkan yang nantinya bisa dipergunakan untuk investasi atau pengembangan usaha selanjutnya.
