Abstract

Infrastructure and transportation facilities grow rapidly nowdays in Indonesia, the supporting facilities of Light Rail Transit (LRT) has to be considered such as infrastructure to support mass public transportation. The unique design of the station, give an enticement to be redesign. The purpose of this research is to know the central segment's steel pipe calculation analysis on the roof structure of the portal frame and the platform can be used as an alternative design. One of the methods used in calculation analysis is LRFD (Load And Resistance Factor Design) issued by AISC (America Instate Of Steel Construction) for steel construction design. LRFD is a method based on durability of the model or power limit (ultimate) which is generally divided into two categories: strength and serviceability. Keywords: Jabodebek LRT station, redesign, roof frame, platform, LRFD method Semakin pesatnya perkembangan sarana dan prasarana transportasi di Indonesia, prasarana penunjang dalam pembangunan Light Rail Transit (LRT) sebagai sarana transportasi massal menjadi hal perlu diperhatikan. Desain stasiun yang unik menjadi daya tarik untuk dilakukan desain ulang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisa perhitungan pipa baja segmen tengah pada struktur portal rangka atap dan platform agar lebih efisien dan dapat digunakan sebagai desain alternatif. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam analisa perhitungan adalah LRFD (Load And Resistance Factor Design) yang dikeluarkan oleh AISC (America Instate Of Steel Construction) untuk desain konstruksi baja. LRFD merupakan suatu metode berdasarkan ketahanan model atau kekuatan batas (ultimate) yang pada umumnya terbagi dua kategori yaitu kekuatan (strength) dan kemampuan layanan (serviceability).
