Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, price earning ratio, debt to equity ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sektor retail yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Dari metode tersebut diperoleh 10 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria selama periode pengamatan lima tahun dengan total 50 sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, price earning ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, Price Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Nilai Perusahaan This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, price earning ratio, debt to equity ratio on firm value. Population in this research is retail companies of Indonesia Stock Exchange on periode 2013 to 2017. The research design is causal research. The sampling technique is purposive sampling method. The method derived from 10 companies during the observation period of five years with a total 50 sampling. The analysis technique used is the data panel regression. The results showed that profitability has positive and significant influence toward the firm value, price earning ratio has a negative and not significant influence toward the firm value, and the debt to equity ratio has positive and significant influence toward firm value.
