Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Leverage dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013-2017. Dalam penelitian ini Ukuran Perusahaan menggunakan (Size), Leverage menggunakan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Profitabilitas menggunakan Return On Equity (ROE). Pada penelitian ini terdapat 4 variabel yang digunakan yaitu nilai perusahaan yang diprosikan dengan Price Book Value sebagai variable dependen sedangkan Size, DER dan ROE sebagai variable independen. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sample dan diperoleh 28 perusahaan property dan real estate sebagai sampel. Metode Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel melalui program Eviews9 dan didapatkan bahwa model yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah random effect. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci : Size, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Price to Book Value This study aims to determine the effect of Company Size, Leverage and Profitability on Company Values in the Property and Real Estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017. In this study Company Size uses (Size), Leverage uses Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Profitability using Return On Equity (ROE). In this study there are 4 variables used, namely the value of the company that is predicted by Price Book Value as the dependent variable, while Size, DER and ROE are independent variables. The technique used for sampling is purposive sample and obtained 28 property and real estate companies as samples. The analysis method used was panel data regression analysis through the Eviews9 program and it was found that the more appropriate model was random effect. This research proves that company size does not have a significant effect on firm value. Leverage has a positive and significant effect on firm value.
