Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational support work environment organizational climate on job satisfaction. The sampling method using saturated sampling is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as a sample of 48 employees. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This study proves that organizational support has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: Organizational Support, Work Environment, Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilisi pengaruh organizational support lingkungan kerja iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel sebanyak 48 karyawan . Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci :Organizational Support, Lingkungan Kerja, Iklim Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja
