Abstract

Development in the field of National Resilience is one of the important sectors in the development of the nation's welfare. The role of the government is to ensure the availability of resilience service facilities. In fulfilling the availability of this facility, the government is working with private parties to be involved in providing this facility. Hudrita (2010) The process of architectural sustainability covers the entire life cycle of a building, starting from the process of development, utilization, preservation and demolition of buildings. The vision of sustainable architecture is not only driven to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (greenhouses effect), also contains the intention to emphasize the importance of the quality side rather than quantity in terms of functional aspects, environment, health, comfort, aesthetics and added value Pembangunan pada bidang Ketahanan Nasional merupakan salah satu sektor penting dalam pembangunan kesejahteraan bangsa. Peran pemerintah adalah dalam memastikan ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan Ketahanan. Dalam pemenuhan ketersediaan fasilitas ini, pemerintah bekerja sama dengan pihak swasta untuk ikut terlibat dalam penyediaan fasilitas ini. Hudrita (2010) Proses keberlanjutan arsitektur meliputi keseluruhan siklus masa suatu bangunan, mulai dari proses pembangunan, pemanfaatan, pelestarian dan pembongkaran bangunan. Visi arsitektur berkelanjutan tidak saja dipacu untuk mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca (greenhouses effect), juga mengandung maksud untuk lebih menekankan pentingnya sisi kualitas dibanding kuantitas ditinjau dari aspek fungsional, lingkungan, kesehatan, kenyamanan, estetika dan nilai tambah
