Abstract
Travelator is one of the supporting facilities to support operations in Soekarno Hatta International Airport's Ultimate Terminal 3 which serves more than 25 million passengers per year. At present the way to evaluate the performance of a travelator is based on regulations passed by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation namely SKEP / 157 / IX / 03 About Guidelines for Maintenance and Reporting of Aviation Electrical and Electrical Facilities Equipment. In this study the authors conducted a study to find a method used to complement the procedures for evaluating the performance of a travelator, which has so far only counted availability, Mean Time Between Failure and Reliability by combining the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method to find components that must be prioritized when performing maintenance. The result is the Availability, Mean Time Between Failure and Reliability value as well as the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value. Travelator merupakan salah satu fasilitas pendukung untuk menunjang operasi di Terminal 3 Ultimate Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno Hatta yang melayani lebih dari 25 juta penumpang per tahun. Saat ini cara untuk melakukan evaluasi performa travelator mengacu pada regulasi yang disahkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara yaitu SKEP/157/IX/03 Tentang Pedoman Pemeliharaan dan Pelaporan Peralatan Fasilitas Elektronika dan Listrik Penerbangan.Pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan kajian untuk mencari suatu metode yang digunakan untuk melengkapi tata cara evaluasi performa travelator yang selama ini hanya menghitung Availability, Mean Time Between Failure dan Reliability dengan mengkombinasikan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) untuk mencari komponen yang harus dijadikan skala prioritas pada saat melakukan pemeliharaan. Hasilnya adalah nilai Availability, Mean Time Between Failure dan Reliability juga nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN).
