Abstract
PT. TOGO STEEL INDUSTRIES is a manufacturing company that produces steel and iron products. This company produces several mass production with various types of products. As a mass producer, the company cannot be released from the agreement of decreasing machine production. The problem that arises in the company is the amount of downtime that causes the engine does not produce the product targets obtained which causes the company to experience a loss. To overcome this, the application of the TPM system with the calculation of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value obtained from the calculation of availability, performance and quality. From the analysis conducted, the OEE value of the Entwicklungs und Verwertungsgesellscahft (EVG) engine is 70%. This OEE value is still not maximal when compared with world-class standards of 85%. The company needs to make improvements to the Regulations and Adjustments which are the main factors of loss in the analysis of the value of the Six Big Losses. Improvements were made using a causal diagram and 5W1H. Improvements are made to replace the low value of OEE on the Entwicklungs und Verwertungsgesellscahft (EVG) machine, which is a training held by the operator to supervise the operator about cleanliness of work. Keywords: Injection Mold, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Six Large Losses (SBL). PT. TOGO STEEL INDUSTRIES merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang menghasilkan produk-produk baja dan besi. Perusahaan ini menghasilkan suatu massal production dengan berbagai macam jenis produknya. Sebagai produsen massal, perusahaan tidak terlepas dari permasalahan penurunan kinerja mesin. Permasalahan yang terdapat pada perusahaan adalah tingginya downtime yang menyebabkan mesin tidak menghasilkan target produk yang dicapai yang menyebabkan perusahaan mengalami kerugian. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dilakukannya penerapan sistem TPM dengan perhitungan nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yang didapatkan dari perhitungan availibility, performance dan quality. Dari analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai OEE mesin Entwicklungs und Verwertungsgesellscahft (EVG) sebesar 70%. Nilai OEE tersebut masih belum maksimal jika dibandingkan dengan standar kelas dunia sebesar 85%. Perusahaan perlu melakukan perbaikan pada Set-up and Adjustment yang menjadi faktor utama kerugian pada analisis nilai Six Big Losses. Perbaikan dilakukan dengan menggunakan diagram sebab-akibat dan 5W1H. Perbaikan yang dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi rendahnya nilai OEE pada mesin Entwicklungs und Verwertungsgesellscahft (EVG) yaitu diadakannya pelatihan bagi operator serta melakukan pengawasan terhadap operator tentang kebersihan kerja.
