Abstract

PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek is engaged in petrochemical, one of the products produced is 50kg packaging fertilizer. The company produced 50kg of fertilizer packaging defects in February 2020 by 8%, while the company's tolerance limit was only 2%, then there was a difference of 6%. The method used is DMAIC and uses FMEA tools to provide recommendations for improvements to the causes of urgent problems. Stages of Define made SIPOC and CTQ Diagrams for 50 kg packaging fertilizer with 3 criteria. In the Measure Phase, a DPMO value of 26,769 is obtained with a sigma value of 4. Based on the P Control Map there are still processes beyond the upper control limit, namely on 5, 6, 7, and 8 February 2020, which means the process is not yet in control. The most dominant type of defect is the Pareto Diagram Package at the Analyze stage and the cause of the tear package using the Fishbone Diagram is obtained. In the Improve stage, the calculation of FMEA obtained the factors causing the most potential problems, namely the Conveyor Wheel Chain Caught with an RPN value of 392. Providing a cover on the conveyor wheel chain is an alternative improvement proposal and elaborated through analysis of 5W + 1H. Then, a control proposal is given to avoid new problems from the Control stage. Keywords: 50 Kg Packaging Fertilizer, Quality, Defects, DMAIC, FMEA. PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek bergerak pada bidang petrokimia, salah satu produk yang dihasilkan adalah pupuk kemasan 50kg. Perusahaan memproduksi cacat pupuk kemasan 50kg pada Februari 2020 sebesar 8%, sedangkan batas toleransi perusahaan hanya sebesar 2% maka terdapat selisih 6%. Metode yang digunakan adalah DMAIC serta menggunakan tools FMEA untuk memberikan rekomendasi usulan perbaikan terhadap penyebab permasalahan yang mendesak. Tahapan Define membuat Diagram SIPOC serta CTQ untuk pupuk kemasan 50 kg sebanyak 3 kriteria. Tahap Measure, diperoleh nilai DPMO sebesar 26.769 dengan nilai sigma sebesar 3,432. Berdasarkan Peta Kendali P masih terdapat proses yang diluar batas kendali atas yaitu pada tanggal 5, 6, 7, dan 8 Februari 2020, yang berarti proses belum dalam kendali. Jenis cacat paling dominan adalah Kemasan Sobek Diagram Pareto di tahap Analyze serta diperoleh penyebab Kemasan Sobek menggunakan Diagram Fishbone. Pada tahap Improve, perhitungan FMEA diperoleh faktor penyebab permasalahan yang paling potensial yaitu Tersangkut Rantai Roda Conveyor dengan nilai RPN sebesar 392. Memberikan penutup pada rantai roda conveyor menjadi alternatif usulan perbaikan dan dijabarkan melalui analisis 5W+1H. Selanjutnya diberikan usulan pengendalian untuk menghindari timbulnya masalah baru pada tahap Control. Kata Kunci: Pupuk Kemasan 50 Kg, Kualitas, Cacat, DMAIC, FMEA
