Abstract

In today's industrial world, market competition is getting tougher, there are many things companies do in facing competition, one of which is by increasing productivity while maintaining the quality of the products produced so as to achieve optimal profits. Quality is one of the keys to winning the competition with the market. When the company is able to provide quality products, it has built one of the foundations for creating customer satisfaction. PT. Rodamas Nuansa Fortuna is a company engaged in manufacturing in the manufacture of components for two or four-wheeled vehicles, this company also continues to increase its competitive advantage by making continuous improvements. The method used is lean six sigma. Six Sigma itself uses a process sequence, define, measure, analyze, improve and control. Based on the research results, the production yield is only 99,75%. The sigma level was only 4,32σ and the defect over percentage was only 39% during June-July 2020. After improvements with Lean Six Sigma and FMEA, the production yield increased from 99,75% to 99,89%. The Sigma level increased from 4,32σ to 4,58σ. The percentage of defect over products fell from 39% to 16,5%. Keywords: DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, Defect Over Dalam dunia industri saat ini persaingan pasar semakin ketat, banyak hal yang dilakukan perusahaan dalam menghadapi persaingan salah satunya dengan cara meningkatkan produktifitas dengan tetap menjaga kualitas produk yang dihasilkan sehingga mencapai keuntungan yang optimal. Kualitas merupakan salah satu kunci dalam memenangkan persaingan dengan pasar. Ketika perusahaan mampu menyediakan produk yang berkualitas maka telah membangun salah satu fondasi untuk menciptakan kepuasan konsumen. PT. Rodamas Nuansa Fortuna merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur dalam pembuatan komponen kendaraan roda dua atau empat, perusahaan ini juga terus meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing dengan melakukan perbaikan terus menerus. Metode yang digunakan adalah lean six sigma. Six Sigma sendiri menggunakan urutan proses, define, measure, analyze, improve dan control. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yield produksi hanya 99,75%. Level sigma juga hanya 4,32σ dan persentase defect over hanya 39% sepanjang Juni-Juli 2020. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan dengan Lean Six Sigma dan FMEA, yield produksi naik dari 99,75% ke 99,89%. Level Sigma naik dari 4,32σ ke 4,58σ. Persentase produk defect over turun dari 39% ke 16,5%. Kata kunci: DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, Defect Over
