Abstract

The current growth rate of vehicles in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, is very high, this could be observed from the high value of Jakarta Congestion Level in 2016 which was recorded at 58%, the problem was made worse by the poor mode of public transportation. The mitigation of transportation problems by building a Light Rapid Train (LRT) with the Multi-Span Bridge system, is an interesting solution to consider. The implementation of LRT system generally produce an average delay of 20%. From these problems, the researchers chose the integration of Line of Balance and Critical Path Method because the project has the characteristics of repetitive work, while the integration of these methods could optimize project time performance by up to 20% and is able to produce critical path in LRT projects. The results of statistical analysis using SPSS obtained ten of the most influential factors which are: Logical relationships between activities, Analysis and Buffer Time, Analysis of resources, Determination of critical paths, Job squance analysis, Labor analysis, Optimal project time, Job analysis repeat, Analyze the schedule of each work unit, and Project Manager Experience. The results of the case study validation obtained an optimized of the project duration of 17,55 %. Keywords : Line of Balance, Critical Path Method, Multi-Span Bridge, LRT, time optimization Tingkat pertumbuhan penggunaan kendaraan di Indonesia saat ini khususnya di Jakata sangat tinggi hal ini dapat dilihat dari tingginya nilai Congestion Level di Jakarta, dimana pada tahun 2016 tercatat mencapai angka 58%, dan dipeburuk dengan moda transportasi umum yang tidak memadai. Peneyelesaiaan permasalahan transportasi dengan membangun jalan layang rel kereta ringan atau Light Rapid Train (LRT) dengan sistem Multi-Span Bridge, menjadi solusi yang menarik untuk dipertimbangkan. Pelaksanaan pekejaan LRT didunia mengalami keterlambatan rata-rata sebesar 20%. Dari permasalah tersebut maka peneliti memilih integrasi Line of Balance dan Critical Path Method karena proyek ini memiliki karateristik pekerjaan yang berulang. Integrasi metode tersebut dapat mengotimalkan kinerja waktu proyek hingga 20% serta mendapatkan lintasan kritis pada proyek LRT. Hasil dari analisa statistik dengan menggunakan SPSS diperoleh sepuluh faktor–faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah : Hubungan logika antar kegiatan, analisa dan buffer time, analisa sumber daya, penentuaan jalur kritis, analisa squance pekerjaan, analisa tenaga kerja, optimal waktu proyek, analisa pekerjaan yang berulang, analisa jadwal setiap unit kerja, dan pengalaman project manager. Hasil dari validasi studi kasus diperoleh optimasi waktu pelaksanaan proyek sebesar 17,55 %. Kata Kunci : Line of Balance, Critical Path Method, Multi-Span Bridge, LRT, Optimalisasi waktu
