Abstract
Vertical housing or flats is one solution to the problem of uncontrolled population growth and in an effort to create a decent place to live for low-income people. Provision of commercial areas in the form of markets is one of the efforts to facilitate residents of flats to meet their daily needs. By providing a market that is directly integrated with the dwellings, it is hoped that the facilities will be able to accommodate the needs of the residents and the community around the flats. With the Green Building theme approach, this building will consider energy saving and sustainable building aspects. The concept of a green building with a lot of open space prioritizes the comfort of residents, environmentally friendly and healthy. The design of flats and modern markets refers to government regulations in Indonesia, and from precedent studies that have been carried out. The results of this design are based on various data and analysis that have been obtained. Keywords: Flats, Green Building, Open Space. Hunian vertikal atau rumah susun merupakan salah satu solusi terhadap permasalahan tidak terkendalinya tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk dan dalam upaya menciptakan tempat tinggal yang layak bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Penyediaan area komersial berupa pasar merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mempermudah penghuni rumah susun memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Dengan menyediakan pasar yang terintegrasi langsung dengan hunian, diharapkan fasilitasfasilitasnya mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan para penghuni maupun masyarakat yang berada di sekitar rumah susun. Dengan pendekatan tema Green Building, maka bangunan ini akan mempertimbangkan aspek hemat energi dan bangunan yang berkelanjutan. Konsep bangunan hijau dengan banyaknya open space ini mengutamakan kenyamanan penghuni, ramah lingkungan dan sehat. Perancangan rumah susun dan pasar modern ini mengacu pada peraturan-peraturan pemerintah di Indonesia, dan dari studi preseden yang telah dilakukan. Hasil dari rancangan ini didasari dengan berbagai data dan analisa yang telah didapatkan. Kata Kunci: Rumah Susun, Bangunan Hijau, Ruang Terbuka.
