Abstract
TOD is one of the right solutions to overcome this issue of sustainability (congestion). Transit Oriented Development or abbreviated as TOD is a concept whose initial appearance is the result of a reaction to the phenomenon of urban sprawl in the United States followed by a high dependency of the population on the use of private vehicles (automobile). To reduce this dependency, urban development is directed at transit points. This concept reviews transit points not only to function Transit Oriented Development (TOD) as a place to raise and lower passengers, but these transit points can also function as a place for ongoing urban activities (centers of settlements, offices, trade and services, education, and so on). The basic concept of facility design in the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area in Jakarta is to create integrated building functions, which are based on the approach of social and cultural values as a reference source. Facility Design in the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area in Jakarta, with the theme of green architecture. The basic concept used in this design is based on the theme of green architecture. Keywords: TOD, Sustainable Architecture, Green Architecture TOD merupakan salah satu solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi isu keberlanjutan(kemacetan) ini. Transit Oriented Development atau disingkat TOD adalah konsep yang awal kemunculannya merupakan hasil reaksi atas fenomena urban sprawl (perembetan kota kepinggiran) di Amerika diikuti dengan tingginya ketergantungan penduduk terhadap penggunaan jalan raya kendraan pribadi (automobile). Untuk mengurangi ketergantungan tersebut, pengembangan kota diarahkan pada titik-titik transit. Konsep ini meninjau titik-titik transit tidak hanya berfungsi Transit Oriented Development (TOD) sebagai tempat untuk menaikkan dan menurunkan penumpang saja, namun titik-titik transit tersebut dapat sekaligus berfungsi sebagai sebuah tempat berlangsungnya aktivitas perkotaan (pusat permukiman, perkantoran, perdagangan dan jasa, pendidikan, dan sebagainya). Konsep dasar perancangan Fasilitas pada kawasan Transit Oriented Development (TOD) di Jakarta adalah menciptakan keterpaduan fungsi-fungsi bangunan, yang berpijak pada pendekatan nilai-nilai sosial dan kebudayaan sebagai sumber acuannya. Perancangan Fasilitas pada kawasan Transit Oriented Development (TOD) di Jakarta, bertemakan arsitektur hijau. Konsep dasar yang digunakan pada perancangan ini diambil berdasarkan tema yaitu arsitektur hijau.\ Kata Kunci: TOD, Arsitektur Berkelanjutan, Arsitektur Hijau
