Abstract

PT. NSI is a company engaged in the chemical manufacturing industry. Theapplication of energy management becomes an important part of the company's activities. This study aims to analyze the effect of technology applications, HR applications, application procedures and SEU (Significant Energy Use) identification on the company's energy performance. The research data used are primary data derived from questionnaires and secondary data derived from company data. The sampling method used is the nonprobability method. The primary data collection population came from all employees of PT. NSI. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed the application of technology, applications by human resources, procedures application and identification of SEU (Significant Energy Use) together had a significant positive effect on energy performance. Partially, the application of technology and application of procedures has a significant positive effect on energy performance while the application by human resources and the identification of SEU (Significant Energy Use) does not significantly influence energy performance. Application of technology is a very strong variable on the effect on the company's energy performance. Keyword : application of technology, application by human resources, procedures application and identification of SEU (Significant Energy Use) PT. NSI merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri manufaktur bahan kimia. Penerapan manajemen energi menjadi bagian penting dalam aktivitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aplikasi teknologi, aplikasi oleh SDM, aplikasi prosedur dan identifikasi SEU (Significant Energy Use) terhadap kinerja energi perusahaan. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data primer yang berasal dari kuesioner dan data sekunder yang berasal dari data perusahaan. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah metode nonprobabilitas. Populasi pengambilan data primer berasal dari seluruh karyawan PT. NSI. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan aplikasi teknologi, aplikasi oleh SDM, aplikasi prosedur dan identifikasi SEU (Significant Energy Use) secara bersamasama berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja energi. Secara parsial bahwa aplikasi teknologi dan aplikasi prosedur berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja energi sedangkan aplikasi oleh SDM dan identifikasi SEU (Significant Energy Use) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja energi. Aplikasi teknologi merupakan variabel yang sangat kuat pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja energi perusahaan.
