Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style and Compensation on Teacher Competence in Islamic Primary Schools Plus Tahfidz Ibnu Umar Ciputat. Types of quantitative research. The population of the study was all teachers in Islamic Elementary School Plus Tahfidz Ibnu Umar Ciputat which numbered 30 teachers. Non-Probable sampling techniques with clear sampling / survey. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study partially show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher competence, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher competency and compensation has a positive and significant effect on teacher competency, as well as simultaneous or joint leadership style and compensation organizational culture have a positive and significant effect towards teacher competency in Ibn Umar's Tahfidz Plus Islamic Primary School. To improve teacher competency, it is necessary to increase teacher welfare, teacher education allowances and self-development and the need for the application of good organizational culture in schools, especially those related to innovation and decision making and further research in addition to organizational culture, leadership style and compensation can include variables, teacher quality, work ethic, teacher performance etc. as variables that affect competency. Keywords: organizational culture, leadership style, compensation, competence Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kompensasi terhadap Kompetensi guru di Sekolah Dasar Islam Plus Tahfidz Ibnu Umar Ciputat. Jenis Penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian seluruh guru di Sekolah Dasar Islam Plus Tahfidz Ibnu Umar Ciputat yang berjumlah 30 orang guru.Teknik pengambilan sampel Non Probabilitas dengan sampling jenih/survey. Analisa data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi guru, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi guru dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi guru, serta budaya organisasi gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi secara simultan atau bersama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi guru di Sekolah Dasar Islam Plus Tahfidz Ibnu Umar. Untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru perlu adanya peningkatan kesejahteraan guru,tunjangan-tunjangan pendidikan guru dan melakukan pengembembangan diri serta perlu adanya penerapan budaya organisasi yang baik di sekolah terutama yang berhubungan dengan inovasi dan pengambilan keputusan dan bagi penilitian selanjutnya selain variabel budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi bisa memasukkan variabel, kualitas guru, etos kerja, kinerja guru dan lain sebagainya sebagai variabel yang mempengaruhi kompetensi.
