Abstract
In the denominational development of a nation, there are various factors that influence it, one of which is the manufacturing industry. The manufacturing industry is a major factor in the progress of a nation's economy. To support the production system running well, the performance of the equipment used must also be considered, so that it can reach an optimal level. Companies are required to have a reliable machine and one of the benchmarks to determine the effectiveness of machine performance is to perform OEE calculations. PT. XYZ produces products Fence (airport fence etc.), Wiremesh (concrete floors, substitutes for rebar), and truss (steel roof frames). Its main products are, Wire Mesh (Practical column). The machine that often has problems is the Wire Mesh Line Bar-coil machine where this machine has a high downtime intensity of 3029 m / month, far exceeding the downtime target desired by the company. The OEE value of the Wire Mesh Line Bar-Coil machine was 59% in January 2019. With the breakdown of Availability Ratio having an average value of 90%, Performance Efficiency has an average value of 69%, and the Rate of Quality has an average value of 9.5%. This value has not reached the world class target of 85% due to the low average score of Performance. The cause of this low Performance value is the high value of Reduce Speed Losses or losses caused by reduced engine speed in the production process. The high value of Reduce Speed Losses is 28.4% of the Total Time Losses which is 2793.96 which is known from the analysis using Pareto Chart and Fishbone Diagram. Keywords: Downtime, Availability Ratio, Performance Efficiency, Rate of Quality, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Six Big Losses Pada perkembangan perkenomian suatu bangsa ada berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhinya salah satunya adalah industri manufaktur. Industri manufaktur merupakan salah satu faktor besar dalam kemajuan perekonomian suatu bangsa. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi berjalan dengan baik, kinerja dari perlatan yang dipakai juga harus diperhatikan, sehingga dapat mencapai tingkat yang optimal. perusahaan dituntut untuk memiliki mesin yang andal dan salah satu tolak ukur untuk menentukan efektivitas kinerja mesin adalah dengan melakukan perhitungan OEE. PT. XYZ ini memproduksi produk Fence (Pagar bandara dll), Wiremesh (Lantai beton, pengganti besi beton), dan Truss (Rangka atap baja). Produk utamanya adalah, Wire Mesh ( kolom Praktis). Mesin yang sering terjadi masalah adalah mesin Wire Mesh Line Bar-coil dimana mesin ini memiliki intensitas Downtime yang tinggi yaitu 3029 m/bulan jauh melebihi target downtime yang diinginkan perusahaan. Nilai OEE mesin Wire Mesh Line Bar-Coil 59% pada bulan January 2019. Dengan perincian Availability Ratio memiliki rata-rata nilai sebesar 90%, Performance Efficiency memiliki rata-rata nilai sebesar 69%, dan Rate of Quality memiliki rata-rata nilai sebesar 9,5%. Nilai ini belum mencapai target kelas dunia yaitu 85% karena rendahnya nilai rata-rata Performance. Penyebab rendahnya nilai Performance ini adalah tingginya nilai dari Reduce Speed Losses atau kerugian yang disebabkan oleh berkurangnya kecepatan mesin dalam proses produksi. Tingginya nilai Reduce Speed Losses adalah sebesar 28,4% dari Total Time Losses yaitu sebesar 2793,96 yang diketahui dari hasil analisa menggunakan Pareto Chart dan Fishbone Diagram.
