Abstract

Teachers as educators and and nistructors of the nect, generation must be prepared to face a new era. The teacher's responsibility is very heavy. For this reason, a variety of knowledge and appreciation for teachers is needed. This study to analyze the effects of Compensation, Motivation, and Teacher Commitment on Teacher Performance in Muhammadiyah High School 2. Data taken using questionnaire to 44 respondents using saturated sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variable Compensation, teacher motivation and teacher commitment had positive and significant effection Teachers Performance at Muhammadiyah 2 High School in Kota Tangerang.
