Abstract
Cisauk Station (CSK) is a class III / small train station located in Cibogo, Cisauk, Tangerang. The station, which is located at an altitude of +33 meters, is included in the Operation Area I Jakarta. Cisauk Station is a train station that is located in the southeastern part of Tangerang Regency. This station has two railway lines with Line 1 being a straight line towards Tanahabang, while Line 2 is a straight line in the direction of Rangkasbitung. In each study, it is generally carried out with a "research method" so that each step to be carried out can be carried out as expected, so that the research can be completed at the decision making stage. The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. Namely regarding to what extent the quality of the performance of Cisauk Station on the level of passenger satisfaction, the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used. The evaluation results show that the main activity building area and platform width at Cisauk Station currently still meet the standard regulations in the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 29 of 2011. The average level of passenger satisfaction with the services and facilities of Cisauk Station is satisfied with the average level. the station performance is good. This research was conducted during the PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restrictions) and New Normal period. Keywords: Station Capacity, Cisauk, Train, Headway, Transportation Stasiuni Cisauk (CSK) merupakani stasiuni keretai apii kelasi III / keciil yangi terletaki di Cibogoi, Cisauki, Tangerangi. Stasiuni yangi terletaki padai ketinggiani +33 meteri ini termasuki dalami Daerahi Operasii I Jakartai. Stasiuni Cisauk merupakani stasiuni keretai apii yang letaknyai paling tenggarai di Kabupateni Tangerangi. Stasiuni ini memilikii dua jaluri keretai apii dengan Jaluri 1 merupakani sepuri lurus arah Tanahabang, sedangkan jaluri 2 merupakani sepuri lurus arah Rangkasbitung. Dalami setiapi penelitiani umumnyai dilakukani dengani suatui “metodei penelitiani” agari setiapi langkahi yangi akani dilakukani dapati dilaksanakanisesuaii dengani yangi diharapkani, sehingga penelitian tersebut dapat selesai pada tahap pengambilan keputusan. Metodei analisisi datai yangi digunakani dalami penelitiani inii adalahi metodei analisisi kualitatifi dan kuantitatifi. Yaitui mengenaii sampaii sejauhi manai kualitasi darii kinerja Stasiun Cisauk terhadap tingkati kepuasani penumpangi makai digunakani metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasili evaluasii menunjukani bahwai luas gedung kegiatan pokok dan lebar peron pada Stasiun Cisauk saat ini masih memenuhii standari aturani yangi adai padai Peraturani Menteri Perhubungan No 29 Tahun 2011. Ratai - ratai tingkati kepuasani penumpangi terhadapi pelayanani dan fasilitasi Stasiun Cisauk yaitu puas dengan rata - rata tingkat kinerja stasiun yaitu baik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada saat masa PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) dan New Normal. Kata Kunci : Kapasitas Stasiun, Cisauk, Kereta Api, Headway, Transportasi
